Podcast 101

All you need to get you and your business podcasting

Looking for a new way to reach your audience? Millions of people in the UK are taking control of what they listen to every day and downloading podcasts on topics they’re passionate about. Podcasts – mini online radio programmes – have traditionally been the domain of broadcasters and keen amateurs but it’s a format that presents a huge opportunity for businesses, large and small, and thought leaders, to share their expertise.

We’ve all got something to say, and podcasting is a great way to say it.

Podcasting 101 is a one day beginners’ guide to podcasting. This fun, practical and interactive day will teach you about podcasts, show you how to make a podcast and how to find your audience. It’s perfect for individuals and businesses alike and you need no previous knowledge at all.

Don’t just take our word for it, here’s what some lovely Podcast 101 graduates had to say about their experience:

podcast workshops

“Knowing that we weren’t very ‘tech-savvy’, Bengo Media delivered in-house podcast training for our whole team in digestible chunks; these were pitched just right and made everyone feel comfortable.”
Rebecca Goodhand, Community Housing Cymru

“With a wealth of knowledge of the podcasting environment and many years of media production, Bengo Media have the perfect skill set to deliver this Podcast 101 course. The content for the course is spot on. Each section is relevant, engaging and enables feedback and participation. I’ve lost count of the number of courses that I have been on over the years where I am ’talked at’ for 5 hours! The day offers every attendee the tools to go out there and become a podcaster, whether they are a first- timer or a seasoned media pro. The course also offers some golden nugget insights and short-cuts to plan and execute your podcast efficiently. Highly recommended.”
